That means the number you are messaging from is not the number you registered. Recognition is keyed entirely on those digits, so a work phone, a second SIM, or a WhatsApp account on a different number all read as a stranger. Register again with the number you actually message from, or email us and we will fix it at our end.
A county is missing, or a figure looks wrong
Tell us the county and what you expected to see. Counties publish on their own schedules and in formats that range from clean spreadsheets to scanned images, so a gap is usually a source problem rather than a lookup problem — but we would rather hear about it than not.

Email dev@pcode.us from the address you registered with, or message Lindee and ask. We remove your profile and the phone number linked to it. See the privacy policy for what is held and why.
